Pricing FAQs

Is FirstMove free for attendees? +
Yes. The core app is free forever. FirstMove+ is an optional subscription for hosts and superusers who want unlimited VibeZones, private zones, verified status, and creator analytics.
What does the partner subscription actually pay for? +
The Presence Layer. VibeZones, consent analytics, and the connection infrastructure that activates inside your venue. Ticketing comes with it at a low fee, but it is not the headline. Free covers your first room. Pro is for partners running multiple zones and reading the data.
How does the ticketing fee work? +
On Free, ticket sales carry a 6% plus £0.30 fee. On Pro, it drops to 2.5% plus £0.30. Free events have no fee on any tier. Stripe processing is passed through at cost. You can pass the fee to fans or absorb it.
Can I switch plans later? +
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time. We handle proration automatically. Annual plans are refundable pro-rata during the first 14 days.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or student unions? +
Yes. Registered nonprofits, student unions, and universities get reduced rates. Drop us a line and we'll set it up.
What about payouts and payment methods? +
Free partners get weekly payouts. Pro partners get daily payouts and a full finance tab with refund and promoter attribution analytics. We accept cards globally and bank transfer for annual contracts.
Is there a free trial of Pro? +
The Free tier is the trial. It is built to do real work, not to expire. Upgrade to Pro when you outgrow it, not before.
